Know where every item is, across every territory.
TrackMyTerritory brings territory management, inventory tracking, and team chat together in one app — so field teams always know what they have, where it is, and what needs attention.
Everything your field team needs
TrackMyTerritory is purpose-built for teams that move physical inventory across accounts.
Territory management
Organize your field by territory and account. Invite your team with a join key, assign roles, and switch between territories in a tap.
Inventory tracking
Track items, sets, totes, peel packs and disposables. Know each item's home account, where it is right now, and when it was last verified.
Team chat
Every territory gets threaded conversations, so updates on an item or account reach the whole team where the work is happening.
Lists
Group items into lists for a run, a case, or a hand-off, and share them across your team.
Alerts & follows
Follow the items that matter and get push notifications when something moves, is verified, or comes due.
Built for the field
A mobile-led experience for iOS and Android, with a web portal for the desk. Your data stays in sync across both.
Up and running in minutes
Create your territory
Set up a territory and invite your team with a join key.
Add your inventory
Log items and their accounts, with photos and details.
Stay in sync
Track movement, verify items, and chat as a team.
One source of truth, on the phone and the desk
The TrackMyTerritory mobile app and web portal read and write the same territory. Log an item in the field and it's there when a teammate opens the portal at the desk — no exports, no re-keying.
Accounts, inventory, lists and chat everywhere
